Creative Diagnostics has released new Nipah virus (NiV) antibody pairs and recombinant antigen. Tests developed using the new reagents would be suitable for the routine diagnosis of NiV and also for epidemiological surveys.
Performance
MAbs can be used as a pair in sandwich ELISA with the rec. protein or in capture IgM assays
Specific to Nipah Virus, no cross reaction with Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya envelope proteins.
